2026 Shell V-Power Maranello Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

3. Entries into the promotion open on 04/03/26 at 12:00am AEDT and close on 07/04/26 at 11:59pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).

4. A participating service station is any Shell, Shell Reddy Express or Shell OTR service station in Australia that displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period (each a “Participating Service Station”).

5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Service Stations and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1^st cousin.

6. To be eligible to enter and receive one (1) entry into the draw, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, complete one of the following entry methods (depending on the Participating Service Station):

(a) Method 1 - Shell Reddy Express and Shell OTR Participating Sites

1. download the Scan Pump Save App or the OTR App and follow the prompts to create an account (if they have not done so already); and
2. use the Scan Pump Save App or the Scan Pump Save feature in the OTR App to purchase 30 litres or more of Shell V-Power or Shell V-Power diesel at any Shell Reddy Express or Shell OTR Participating Site in one transaction (“Qualifying Transaction”). Excludes purchases made with Shell Card, Fleet Card, Motorcharge or Motorpass, and any purchases made via the in-store point of sale system; or

(b) Method 2 – Shell Participating Sites

1. purchase 30 litres or more of Shell V-Power or Shell V-Power diesel at any Shell Participating Site (excluding Shell Reddy Express and Shell OTR branded sites) in one transaction and retain their purchase receipt (“Qualifying Transaction”). Excludes purchases made with Shell Card, Fleet Card, Motorcharge and Motorpass; and
2. visit shell.com.au/Maranello, follow the prompts to the entry page, input the requested details, agree to the Terms and Conditions and submit the fully completed entry form.

7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) one (1) entry will be awarded per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the volume of fuel purchased in that transaction in excess of 30 litres); and (b) each such entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

8. Entrants entering via Method 2 must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all such entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, the Shell branded Participating Service Station of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

12. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 3, 162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 13/04/26 at 12:00pm AEST, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified email within five (5) business days of the draw and their first initial, last name and postcode will be published online at https://www.shell.com.au/motorists/promotions-and-offers/competition-winners.html on 17/04/26.

13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for three (3) adults to Maranello, Italy to attend the 2026 Shell V-Power Ferrari Maranello Experience Event, valued at up to $74,800 (depending on point of departure).

Prize includes:

• Three (3) x 3-day tickets to the 2026 Shell V-Power Ferrari Maranello Experience Event scheduled to take place between 14/06/26 and 16/06/26, which includes welcome drinks and dinner on day 1, full day driving course and lunch at the Fiorano Track in Maranello on day 2, plus a Ferrari Factory Tour on day 3;
• Return private transfers for three (3) adults from the accommodation to the 2026 Shell V-Power Ferrari Maranello Experience Event;
• Three (3) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city in Australia to Bologna, Italy;
• Return private transfers for three (3) adults from the airport to the accommodation; and
• Five (5) x nights accommodation for three (3) adults at a minimum 4-star rating hotel in Bologna, Italy.

Spending money, meals and beverages (other than those included), taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken between 13/06/26 – 18/06/26 to coincide with the 2026 Shell V-Power Ferrari Maranello Experience Event and is subject to booking and flight availability.

15. The winner and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Travel itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the prize winner and/ or their guest miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the winner and travel companion. Should the winner wish to extend their trip, permission must be sought from the Promoter who will decide in its absolute discretion whether to approve any changes to the itinerary. In the event the Promoter agrees for the winner to extend or make any other changes to the itinerary, all additional expenses to incurred will be at the winner’s own expense. For clarity, the winner and the winner’s travel companions must be aged 18 years or over, and each must have a current physical Australian Driver’s Licence, as well as a current Australian Passport in order to participate in the full day driving course component of the prize. The winner and the winner’s travel companions must have the ability to obtain an international driver’s licence if deemed necessary.

16. The next two (2) valid entries drawn will each win free fuel for a year, valued at $5,000. This prize will be awarded as five (1) $1,000 Shell gift cards to the value of $5,000.

17. The next three (3) valid entries drawn will each win a Shell V-Power Ferrari merchandise pack valued at $500 each, consisting of Shell V-Power Ferrari cap, top (style pending range and size availability), and a $100 Shell Gift Card.

18. The next five (5) valid entries drawn will each win a $500 Shell Gift Card.

19. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Shell gift card are not included in the prize. Any unused balance of a Shell gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Shell gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Shell gift card.

20. The 2026 Shell V-Power Ferrari Maranello Experience Event tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or his/her companion/s) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

21. The winner of the 2026 Shell V-Power Ferrari Maranello Experience Event prize and their companions acknowledge that the full day driving course experience (“Activity”) is a dangerous activity that may result in injury or death and participate at their own risk. The winner and their companions must: (a) attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, required medical tests and other requirements of the Promoter and Activity organisers as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) not have any heart condition or history thereof, or other medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in the Activity; (c) not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; (d) comply with all directions of the Promoter and Activity organisers at all times; and (e) wear all safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and Activity organisers, in their absolute discretion, at all times reserve the right to: (a) prevent any winner or their companions from participating in the Activity if, at any time, they reasonably believe that the winner or their companions pose a safety risk or for any other reason; and/or (b) cancel the Activity if the conditions are deemed dangerous. If the Activity is varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, it may not be rescheduled and no compensation will be offered.

22. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

23. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

24. Total prize pool value is up to $88,800.

25. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise advised.

26. Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEST on 28/04/26 (for the original winners) and by 11:59pm AEST on 14/05/26 (for the winners of the unclaimed prize draw, if any).

27. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 29/04/26 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within five (5) business days of the draw and their first initial, last name and postcode will be published online at https://www.shell.com.au/motorists/promotions-and-offers/competition-winners.html on 01/05/26.

28. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

29. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

30. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

31. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

32. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

33. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

34. As a condition of accepting a prize, a winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

35. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the 2026 Shell V-Power Ferrari Maranello Experience Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking of the prize.

36. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.vivaenergy.com.au/contact-us/privacy-policy

. The Promoter may also, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. As part of its normal operations the Promoter may transfer personal information to Viva Energy companies, associated entities and third parties located in a range of countries in which the Promoter or its contractors operate. The main countries include the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan and the United States of America.
