Shell and BlueScope have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to work together to explore and develop renewable hydrogen projects in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia. The collaboration encompasses renewable hydrogen electrolyser plant at the Port Kembla Steelworks and Illawarra hydrogen hub concept.

QGC Common Facilities Company Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shell, today announced it has completed the sale of a 26.25% interest in the Queensland Curtis LNG Common Facilities to Global Infrastructure Partners Australia for US$2.5 billion, following the receipt of regulatory approval.
