Shell Australia’s LGBTI+ Employee Network Kaleidoscope
Shell LGBTI+ Networks have been set up as a supportive space for LGBTI+ colleagues to find confidence in being themselves at work. They aim to raise awareness of the challenges that LGBTI+ staff face, working with people at all levels of the organisation to ensure an inclusive workplace.
Kaleidoscope enables an inclusive work environment where all employees, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, are given equal opportunity to reach their full potential.
The network holds a number of education sessions, events, networking and other opportunities for all staff across Shell Australia.
