Welcome to the all-new Shell Card Portal, a more intuitive and straightforward way to manage your Shell Card. Simplified navigation provides easy access to a range of useful features. At a glance, you can see the current status of your Shell Card account. Finding your way around the portal is easy.

The ’Manage Cards’ navigation on the Home page is selected, which brings up the MANAGE CARDS page. The page scrolls down to show the card search feature.

In Manage Cards, you’ll find it’s easy to order new cards, or reset a card’s PIN. You can edit card details, such as the odometer reading or the products and services allowed to be purchased on the card. If a card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can cancel it. Or you can link a card to the Shell Card GO App for easy contactless payment.

The Account Management screen provides you with a summary of your billing and account information.

The User Management screen is for adding users to the portal and managing their access. You can also suspend their Digital Card access or remove it altogether.

The page scrolls back to the top, where we can see the top menu. The ‘Transactions’ tab is selected, which brings up the TRANSACTIONS page. The page scrolls down to show the ‘Search for transactions’ search function.

We know you wanted better, clearer information about the transactions made on your cards. Well, here it is. Search by card number, car rego or driver to see the last two-hundred transactions – or the previous six months of transactions, whichever comes first.

The page scrolls to the bottom, where we can see the bottom menu. ‘Contact Us’ is selected, which brings up the CONTACT US page. The page scrolls down to show the ‘Request Information’ form.

Narrator: On the Shell Card Portal, you can now set up smart alerts to proactively monitor your vehicles and how employees use your cards by setting up specific card thresholds, such as number of transactions and fuel volume purchases. Smart Alerts will notify you by email if the thresholds of individual cards are exceeded.
To begin, log in and click on Smart Alerts on the homepage.

The ’Smart Alerts’ navigation on the Home page is selected, which brings up the TRIGGERED ALERTS page. The mouse hovers down to show the download CSV feature.
Narrator: Once you’ve set up your alerts, any that have been triggered will be listed here. You’ll also be able to download a CSV file containing further details.
To set up your alerts, click on ‘Manage Alerts’.

The ‘Manage Alerts’ tab is selected, which brings up the MANAGE ALERTS page.
Narrator: Then click ‘Add a new alert’.

The ‘Add a New Alert’ tab is selected, which brings up the ADD ALERT page. The page scrolls down to show the two fraud alert presets. An example of applying an alert to an individual card is shown.
Narrator: You can create alerts that will trigger when the value or fuel volume of a single transaction exceeds a specific amount. Alerts can also trigger when the total fuel volume of all transactions over a day, a week, a fortnight or a month exceeds a specific amount.
There are also two fraud alert presets that we recommend you enable. Here you can define the parameters for the alert. And apply them to your whole account, a specific cost centre or an individual card. In this example, we’ll apply the alert to a card. Then simply click ‘Save alert’.

The ‘Save alert’ tab is selected. Then returns to the MANAGE ALERTS page.
Narrator: To check that your alert has been activated, return to the ‘Manage Alerts’ screen. This is where you can view and edit your enabled alerts.
