Yes, you can currently earn Flybuys points on eligible purchase at all Shell Reddy Express sites. The good news is both business owners and drivers get rewarded! Business owners can link their Flybuys account to their Shell Card to collect points automatically on every eligible fuel and shop purchase made at a Shell Reddy Express site. Drivers can also earn Flybuys on eligible purchases by scanning their personal Flybuys when transacting.

Shell Cards are assigned individual PIN numbers and personalised for either your drivers or vehicles. You can monitor all transactions 24/7 through the Shell Card Portal. What is Shell Card Portal and what reporting is available?
Shell Card Portal gives you the ability to manage your card(s) and account online. Enjoy the ease and efficiency of Shell Card Portal, which includes the following tools:
- Order and cancel your Shell Card(s)
- Set or re-set Shell Card PIN codes
- Set or modify product and purchase restrictions for each Shell Card on your account
- Manage digital card users
- Access your past invoices (for the previous 12 months)
- Generate detailed transaction reports between billing periods, and drill down to specific dates, cost centres or cards
- Streamline GST and fuel tax claims by using information in your monthly transaction report
- Access to a suite of other Management Information Reports
How are Shell Card PIN codes set?
How are Shell Card PIN codes set?
You need to choose a 4-digit PIN for each Shell Card. This can be set when your order your Shell Card, through the Shell Card Portal or when you first transact using your card at a Shell branded site, Shell Reddy Express or OTR. You can’t set your PIN at unmanned sites or when making an in-app payment.
If you’re setting your PIN instore, simply swipe your Shell Card when you pay and enter your chosen PIN three times to set the PIN. You can change your PIN at any time in the Shell Card Portal.
If a PIN is forgotten, you can simply re-set the PIN in Shell Card Portal or the authorised Fleet Manager can notify our Customer Service Team on 13 16 18 to get the PIN reset.

The great news is that you can do it yourself! All you need to do is follow the forgot password prompts on the Shell Card Portal Log in screen.

Unfortunately not. You will need to order new Shell Cards under the other business account or open a Shell Card account for the other business.

We’d hate to see you go! There’s no minimum contract period so you can request to close your account at any time by simply calling our Customer Service Team on 13 16 18. Of course, any outstanding balances must be paid in full before you can close your account.

There are no set-up costs, transaction or replacement card fees.
There is a small 0.4% (excl. GST) surcharge if you decide to pay your account with a Visa or Mastercard or 1.5% (excl. GST) for American Express, and a monthly fee of $2.50 for each fuel card.

Your invoice frequency is determined by your payment terms. We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly payment terms. The payment terms offered will be based on a number of factors, including the types of vehicles your business uses, your monthly spend and how long you have been in business. The payment terms offered are at Viva Energy’s discretion, and subject to successfully meeting Viva Energy’s credit assessment requirements.
