Ordering, Payment and Picking Up
Once you have arranged driver and vehicle accreditation, product can be ordered through the Shell Commercial Customer Service Centre. Please telephone 13 16 18.
Orders placed before the close of business each working day can be picked up after noon the following day. At some terminals, pick-up times may be restricted to allow priority at busy periods for Shell vehicles. This will be advised by the National Order Centre.
At times of shortage, Shell reserves the right not to supply (consistent with contractual and statutory obligations) or to impose rationing.

Payment
After placing your order, you will be advised of the total cost. Payment must be made via telegraphic transfer (real time gross settlement) to Shell's bank account. Once this has been completed you will be contacted and given authorisation to proceed with picking up your order.
Please note that the price payable in cents per litre will be the price that is published the day the order is placed, not the day of pickup.
Picking Up
Terminal access arrangements are part of terminal induction training.
At some locations pick up times may be restricted due to congestion at the loading gantry, typically shift change times. Customers will be encouraged to avoid these times or experience considerable delays.
Risk in the product passes to the customer immediately upon commencement of filling. The customer becomes totally responsible for the safety of a load and any emergency response once it leaves the terminal gate. Having an emergency response plan (either by the Customer or the Carrier) will be a pre-requisite for a "Safe Loading Pass".
