Want to be informed about unusual card activity? Simply set individual card purchase limits online and choose to be alerted via our Smart Alerts emails, of any breach to the set limits. We will send you our Smart Alerts emails the very next day for you to take swift corrective action and maintain the level of security you need.

Simply specify parameter thresholds to define instances in which you’d like to be alerted. Some examples include:

• Incorrect or Missing Odometer 
• Transaction Limit Exceeded (volume limit exceeded for transaction or value limit exceeded for transaction)
• Monthly Purchase Limits Exceeded (volume limit exceeded for period or value limit exceeded for period) 

To add to the detailed Transaction Listing that you’ll automatically receive each month, Smart Reports gives you a one-page summary that provides an instant snapshot of your business fuel expenses.

If you nominate to receive your transaction reports electronically your Fuel Management Summary can be emailed as a PDF or downloaded from Shell Card Online.  If you select your transaction reports to be mailed a paper copy of the Fuel Management Summary is issued.
