Any business organisation, with an ABN, spending more than $150 per month on fuel and direct debit enabled can apply for Shell Card.

How many cards can I have?
As many cards as you want. Please note a small fee will be charged per card. Read our Pricing, Fees and Account Payments section.

Is a Shell Card linked to a driver or a vehicle?
The choice is yours. A card can be linked to a driver (personal card) or a vehicle (vehicle card).

How can I cancel a card?
Simply go to Shell Card Online - opens in new window and cancel your card at your convenience*.
Alternatively, customers on Classic option can also call Customer Service Centre on 13 16 18 to get the card cancelled.
How do I block my Shell Card if it is lost or stolen?
You can simply go to Shell Card Online - opens in new window and cancel your card*.
Alternatively, the Shell Card Customer Service Centre can be contacted 24 hours a day, seven days a week as an after hours a voice mail system operates to receive lost or stolen card notification.

How do I order additional cards?
Simply go to Shell Card Online - opens in new window and order new cards at your convenience*.
Alternatively, customers on Classic option can also call the Customer Service Centre on 13 16 18 to order new cards.
Where is my Shell Card accepted?
To view sites where the Shell Card is accepted in a particular location, use our Fuel Finder.
What can I buy with my card?
You can have your cards restricted by fuel type (e.g. Shell Unleaded/Shell Unleaded E10, Shell V-Power, Shell Diesel or Shell AutoGas only), or by products and services (e.g. Shop, Lubricants, Car Wash or Automotive Repairs).

Where do I find the Term and Conditions for Shell Card?
Does my Shell Card automatically renew after its expiry date?
Yes, however you have possibility to cancel the renewal, as a card expiry report is sent two months prior to cards expiry for your review.
PIN Code and Invoice
How can I get my PIN code?
Once you receive a Shell Card, you will have to select the PIN code when you first use it at a manned service station by entering a 4-6 digit number and confirm it two times.
What happens if I forget or don’t know my PIN code?
The PIN can be re-set via Shell Card Online - opens in new window *, alternatively the authorised Fleet Manager can notify our Customer Service Centre to get your PIN reset.
I have not received my invoice. Where can I get a copy?
For a copy of your invoice, you can either retrieve it from Shell Card Online - opens in new window *, where you have archived past Tax Invoices (for the previous 12 months) free of charge. Alternatively you can call our Customer Service Centre who can provide you a paper copy of the invoice at a cost.

You will be required to complete a new Shell Card application. Please contact our Customer Service Centre.
