Special Primers

Primer 20H is a very light cutback bitumen primer containing additives to improve the adhesion of the bitumen to a prepared base. Primer 20H is designed for efficient spraying to prime a prepared base as a preliminary treatment to a seal application. Primer 20H utilises Mexcut H and is not classified as a dangerous good.

Primer 20H is designed for application on low porosity surfaces to facilitate optimum penetration of the primer into the substrate. Suitable application rates range from 0.5 to 1.0 L/m2.

• Application Temperature: 10 to 30 degrees C
• Short Term Maximum Temperature: 60 degrees C
• Long Term Storage Temperature: Ambient
• Maximum Safe Temperature: 80 degrees C
